Job Description

Manage employee relations program related to recruitment, compensation, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and interpretation/application of policies and collective agreement obligations in the form of counsel and advice. Represent the employer in negotiation of collective agreements. Lead the labor relations team in administration of collective bargaining agreements and fostering of positive labor-management relations with the unions.
