Job Description

Develop, revise and execute training programs that are in line with the overall corporate strategic goals. Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current training curriculum as appropriate. Monitor training results that include tracking information, costs and effectiveness and feedback for company training programs. Oversee and manage all training staffing and activities within the department.
