Q: Why do I get a message that a Pop up has been blocked from your site?

Your browser may mistakenly interpret some of the PayScale pages as "Pop Ups". Consequently, you may miss valuable information.  There are currently a number of popular tools and software companies who provide pop up blocking.  Please refer to the instructions with your software to temporarily disable pop up blocking in order to get the most from PayScale.

Q: Why am I not receiving email from PayScale?

Some Internet service providers and corporate email systems mistakenly filter email from PayScale into a junk mail folder. Often adding our email address, PayScale, to your contact list will solve the problem. If not, please inform your Internet service provider or adjust any setting in your email so that mail from PayScale is recognized as legitimate mail.
