By Kelly Clay, PayScale.com

Last Sunday's Superbowl halftime show, which featured Madonna, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., LMFAO, and Cee Lo Green, is still in the news after M.I.A performed what's being dubbed a "digit malfunction" after she made an inappropriate gesture with her middle finger during the show.
