First, you need to keep yourself healthy. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, get lots of exercise and get a good night's rest. This will help boost your energy and your mood to make for a productive day.
Plan each of your days before completing tasks. Every morning, compile a to-do list of just three tasks that you want to complete that day. Then, follow the 50/10 rule -- work on a task for 50 minutes and take a 10-minute break. At the end of your day, take some time to reflect and evaluate your own performance.
One of the keys to staying inspired is to always keep learning. Read books, browse the Internet for tutorials and spend a little time brainstorming. And don't forget about all the little things that make you happy -- think of the things you are thankful for every morning, make sure you have a clean desk and take time out to relax and indulge in some 'me' time.
