State by State: Who’s In Favor of Raising the Minimum Wage?

Twenty-one states currently have minimum wages higher than the national one, with Washington state leading the pack at $9.32 per hour. Opinions about raising the minimum wage to $15.00 per hour vary state-to-state, and states with the highest costs of living, like Hawaii and New York, were most in favor of this increase.
