The focus is on talent acquisition for Roll Global and their portfolio of diverse consumer product companies.
Roll Global is a holding company whose brands include POM Wonderful, Teleflora, Fiji Water, Suterra, Cuties, Paramount Farms, Firestation, and Justin Vineyards. With this diverse set of companies, the talent acquisition team at Roll Global is focused on attracting and retaining a broad range of talent coming from a sizeable set of disciplines and industries that include entertainment, consumer packaged goods, and food and beverage. With more than 4,000 employees and growing, Roll Global needed a way to implement compensation practices that made sense to these unique businesses and to compete in niche markets with specific skills and experiences.
Roll Global asked PayScale to help their group of medium sized companies understand diverse labor markets better, and to create a system that increased their insight into the market value of the talent they were pursuing. Previously they had used another vendor of online salary data, but they experienced a number of job matching situations that made them question the freshness and accuracy of the salary data. PayScale was able to provide detailed reports on very specialized positions. Using PayScale Insight they now feel confident in making offers to candidates and to communicating with executive management about their overall compensation strategy.
Roll Global continues to have a laser focus on attracting top tier talent to its well-known brands. It uses PayScale to support this hiring-centered approach. Using PayScale, the talent acquisition team is able to counsel and provide deep, data-centric analysis and validation to hiring managers with unique and specialized positions.
More than 2,500 organizations use PayScale's subscription software to:
