The Motor City is known for two main industries: cars and casinos, both of which create numerous jobs for the city’s residents. Home to America’s “Big Three” automobile manufacturers – General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler – Detroit also does big business in the casino industry, allowing Detroit to enjoy healthy tax revenues.
