"Rewarding interactions."
Pros: Meaningful interactions with C-level executives, learning from the worlds leading HR functions, opportunity to grow and develop, great exposure and access to amazing senior network, fairly casual office environment with a work-hard play-hard ethic.
Cons: Very cyclical and feels like 'going through the motions' every quarter, hard edge driven on meeting performance targets regardless of market conditions, some politics as a result of acquiring new organisations, APAC can be the 'poor cousin' to the US HQ, very outcomes focused and not a lot of focus on helping to reduce employee stress and improve work-life balance.

Pros: The freedom and creativity it allows me. The amazing team. The laid back culture. The challenges of the work. The ever changing nature of video technology.
Cons: The low pay. The disorganisation. The management.

Account Manager in Sydney:
Pros: Good people in the office make the days go by. Very reasonable about leave requests, special requests etc.
