Assistant General Manager (AGM) Reviews

What is it like working as an Assistant General Manager (AGM)?

Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Toowoomba:
"Emotionally Rewarding Job, But Rubbish Pay."
Pros: Helping children teach themselves how to learn and helping them understand how their body works. Motivating kids to do difficult skills and seeing the happiness once completed. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner is a close personal friend.
Cons: The pay is inadequate to be able to further my career, or pursue personal endeavors.
