At the initial interview ask some hard lined questions!, such as;
What would my day to day activities be?
Explain what my responsibilities would encounter?
Ask what skills you are looking for in a store manager roll within your business?
And at end of my interview can you please advise me of some feedback in relation to how I conducted myself?
Be passionate, have a smash down mentality in regards to the tasks that are to be done. Be a leader and part of the team culture.
