working away from the cbd's is very costly
Sous Chef - (City withheld for privacy), Queensland, Australia
i was hired as a sous chef to help run a restaurant! i took the job at a peliminary rate of 38000.... i do all that is done of me and more i'm always early and i make sure that i am doing the company proud.... i work an extra 6hrs per week for no extra cash.... the bias in my workplace is that they are now hiring people with less experience and they're getting paid more than me!! it makes no sense.... i think i should be geting paid more than people who are suposed to be the people i'm training...
