Web Designer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Web Designer?

Web Designer in Melbourne:
"Long hours, great team."
Pros: You do the hours and you get the reward of working on some cool projects and meeting some absolutely rad people. Everyone is in it together solving problems and creating awesome outcomes.
Cons: The hours.

Web Designer in Brisbane:
"Fantastic Experience."
Pros: Office environment, relaxed and social people, lower stress levels, easy to talk to management, work flexibility.
Cons: The low pay, the repetitive tasks.

Web Designer in Perth:
Pros: I enjoy the small company that I work within, the homely and friendly feeling of it. It is really laid back and the dress code isn't enforced as much as it would be if we had more consultations with clients, but as I'm a designer, I can get away with wearing a lot of different things.
Cons: The management and the pay. The commute also takes ages (1 hour 1 way) for work that I could be doing at home most of the time.
