Application Developer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as an Application Developer?

Application Developer in Waterloo:
"Different Than Most"
Pros: I like completing a project successfully and working as a team to achieve a goal.
Cons: The stress of dealing with clients and vendors. For each client everything is urgent. There is little to no support from upper management. There are no guidelines or documentation. Most of the jobs in my country are being outsourced to Asia. There is no hope of an increase in salary if you move internally within the company or if you stay in your current position.
