Pros: - I am able to let the customers receive their product without any problems because I look after all their conflict and I help them all the way.
- I have to process all the orders of my 480 clients that I have to process every year.
- I am in charge of all Latin American orders and issues, there is always issues and I am happy to be able to solve them for the clients.
- I have to make sure that all the orders arrive to the destination without any conflicts.
- I love to be able to help all our internal customers ( sales people) and external (clients).
Cons: The amount of money they pay for all the work and responsibility I have in my hands.
