Pros: I most like the variety of experiences my job offers me. I am exposed to a diverse group of people, as well as subjects to learn about. I genuinely feel that I am giving back and am a part of something greater.
Cons: What bothers me most about my job is always having to be the bigger person when dealing with staff, and media. I feel like my role is taken advantage of, both inside and outside the organization. I feel like I constantly have to prove my worth.
