Community Support Worker in Edmonton:
Pros: Helping people with developmental disabilities is a way to contribute to a better world. This job is so motivating that I don't want to leave it. Also, I have opportunity to meet other people working my field of specialisation.
Cons: Sometimes clients do not cooperate. Thus, it becomes too difficult to me to perform my job with much consideration for others. In addition, we can have schedules that don't fit with my others activities. I has have to do much arrangements to link my job and my social life.
