Director of Operations Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Director of Operations?

Director of Operations in Toronto:
"More for experience"
Pros: I find my job extremely helpful for learning business operation. I am basically a director in Canada where the owner lives in US. So, I do every operation which somebody can't experience easily.
Cons: Pay is not as much as how much I put on as an effort. I am not particularly serious about pay, since I do get some special experience of running a business like my own.
