Cons: Nothing much just that working with different people you have to be prepared for any human misbehavior at all times.

Pros: My managers and bosses are very accommodating. They are up-beat and don't spend much time focusing on an error, they focus on how we can fix the error. They lift the employees up instead of tear them down.
Cons: We are a small company and are, at times, over-worked. The office atmosphere can get a little gloomy and depressing at times.

Pros: Being challenged on a day to day. The fast pace work environment. Calendaring and arranging travel. Being relied upon and being able to support a great executive team.
Cons: When many high priority tasks come in at once, it can be difficult to manage and/or stressful.
