Listen to your trainer carefully, look back at old work to figure out how things are done, follow systems.

Working in Canada for a European publicly traded corporation is almost double the work to meet budgets & reporting deadlines. Foreign exchange and European expectations very demanding. While position is interesting, there are lots of factors that don't allow for current growth of the company and it's employees.

If you love accounting, be careful of how far you advance. Upper management is less about accounting and more about managing people.

"Get A Degree."
You can be the best at what you do but without a degree of a designation, your employer will not adequately compensate the value you bring to an organization.
