Pros: I love my job, its constantly challenging, its flexible to my needs, the office atmosphere is wonderful. I make sure to create a positive place where everyone can experience personal growth and actual happiness at work. I have a wonderful boss, who has more faith in me than I do sometimes. Cons: In all honesty the only issue I have with my job is the occasional shortage of labor help, and the pay.
