Pros: The only thing that allows you a re spite is that you are allowed to take your lunch break whenever you feel the need.
Cons: There is very little in terms of freedom. You are forced to work long grueling hours with little to no compensation at times that make it impossibly hard to pay bills and expenses.

Pros: I love that I am finally working in my field and get first hand contact with our many clients. I also take all referral calls and emails and am able to provide individuals with immediate help and refer them to the best suited professionals. The administrative duties are plentiful but fair and I enjoy managing our clients' files and affairs as well as our staff. My work is rewarding in the sense that I get to contribute to the health and positive change our clients wish to make in their lives.
Cons: I am responsible for a variety of duties that fall outside my original job description such as social media marketing, copy writing and advertising, branding, staff training, support, and management, etc. I am unsatisfied with the pay and do not receive benefits. I feel there is much responsibility and pressure placed on me for little compensation.
