What is it like working as an Office Manager?
Office Manager in Calgary:
Pros: An opportunity to learn and have experience in the management level, challenges on tasks and small projects given to me by our president and having to communicate with different people in the organization.
Cons: I think I am underpaid with the responsibilities I am doing.
Office Manager in Kenora:
Pros: I love the accounting part. Finding and solving problems
Cons: Time constraints, lots of previous faults to clear up
Office Manager in Saskatoon:
"Lets of work but enjoyed"
Pros: Seeing the entire process. Hiring Staff, working closely with the people in power.
Office Manager in Toronto:
"Challenging but rewarding"
Pros: Consistently busy, good pace.
Flexibility with scheduling/days off/vacation
Cons: Constant IT issues
