"Rewarding, Continuous Growth."
Pros: I have the ability to continually grow as a professional because I work hand in hand with engineers and a design team including journeymen of all trades. Learning all components of all systems.
Cons: Being female in what is considered a "mans world". Not being heard because my knowledge is taken as a threat instead of helpful.

Pros: Pays the bills and it's a good addition to my resume
Cons: It's stressful. I see the worst in people and have to deal with picky and rude clients. There are too many things to worry about in this fast paced environment.
