What is it like working as a Restaurant Manager?

Pros: I like that I run the whole restaurant and the costumers and employees that work for us.
Cons: The amount of credit I dont get, and how much I get paid for what I do.

Pros: Good Working environment. Owner is very nice and the management team has good communication!!
Cons: Income is too low and makes living the the city very difficult!!

Pros: Perks of being a Restaurant manager is that it is a very social job and can be fun to be paid to interact with people.
Cons: Managing people takes the right type of person. It is impossible to please everyone, and this creates stress for the manager. Training, hiring and firing also is a task that should not be taken lightly.
