Job Security
The job isn't exciting anymore
I am a non-techie, but have entered the Software field to make a career out of it. The job was initially very exciting and there's hardly any work now. Am just 1 year experienced, have no clue about how to go about in my career. I am reluctant to get into pure software programming as I'm not confident to do well in it. I am a civil engineering graduate.
