I want to become an RF engineer in wireless telecom domain. I am a first-class b.tech fresher graduate with certification in telecom network engineering. I, unfortunately, have no acquaintances in this sector due to which I could not able to get placed in a company and also could not able to get the advice properly to get into other sector. I wish I could have some solution from you so that I can make my career graph exponentially increasing rather declining.

When I first started this job I worked alongside another assistant, but she didn't last long and I ultimately ended up doing both jobs on my own. I thought I deserved a higher salary but I was initially hesitant to ask for it.

I am Vishwanath Iyer aged 35 and currently working for Bank of America BPO in the Back office position since 4 & 1/2 yrs and I had pursued a PGDBA specialisation in HR and my previous experience was into Administration dept in to the IT industry. so pls suggest me what would be the salary advice I should go for? I had given interviews for HR but organisations now require min 2yrs HR exp candidates How should I go for that?

The hard part for me was finding the right words to describe what I wanted. I didn't want to come off as disgruntled. I also wasn't sure when to ask and I kept putting it off.

I waited until the company's review cycle. I repeated (in my head) the word "fair", over and over. I tried to think about what problems my manager was dealing with, and how I was helping to solve them.

I said: "I know its been hard to fill the other position. Since I'm working out and getting the job done, I'd like to be compensated fairly."

I got a 7% raise and $500 bonus! And, my boss eventually also hired another assistant to help me with my workload.

Dream job means full job satisfation, friendly and supportive job environmnent and good pay packsge.

I want to change to a new job in the private sector(managment, marketing or any other technical job) do to financial & satisfaction of myself. In current government position, I am not satisfy by work & salary.

person can not be just evaluated fo his/her worth in terms of money or the benefits based on educational certifications as those may be the true reflections of the inner potentials and intelligence. Besides that persons commitment and loyalty can not be seen through the certificates.
