I am working in a MNC which does outsourcing work for other international subsidiaries. The current salary I am getting is far less than the industry standards. I am looking for a good infrastructure firm which offers a decent package along with a competent job profile.

In a place away from your home station the delevery will be much less than that of an out station as there is trend to go back to your home station with available route.

The hard part for me was finding the right words to describe what I wanted. I didn't want to come off as disgruntled. I also wasn't sure when to ask and I kept putting it off.
