Corporate Trainer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Corporate Trainer?

Corporate Trainer in Mumbai:
"Challenging and keeps one motivated."
Pros: Meeting people, satisfaction on seeing them up the learning curve, getting acknowledged for my work.
Cons: No growth.

Corporate Trainer in Noida:
"The Spirit Of Corporate Life."
Pros: The corporate sector keeps you on your toes. There is seldom a dull moment, should there be one well it is a sign that you need to get going. This takes care of complacency. It is fresh, vibrant, always seeking the new, be it ideas, attire, outlook, work style etc etc. The corporate sector pays you for what you are worth. It also throws in opportunities for growth and helps in the overall development.
Cons: On the hindsight the same rules if looked at from another perspective can become the very reasons for the "Lows" of the corporate sector. They are target oriented, which if not achieved, you can even loose your job! Since it is fast paced, it can get the better of you at times. You get what your worth- so if you perform you get rewarded, should there be a slump (for whatever reasons), you face the brunt!
