"Facing reality."
Pros: Learnt the professionalism. The details of working and managing things as an Architect. Opening new avenues of creativity and design.
Cons: The work environment and office conditions were not good. Anger management issues with boss. A bit of over exploitation at work. Tantrums and comments on one's personal issues.
