Dear Sir/ Madam I am Vishwanath Iyer aged 35 and currently working for Bank of America BPO in the Back office position since 4 & 1/2 yrs and I had pursued a PGDBA specialisation in HR and my previous experience was into Administration dept in to the IT industry. so pls suggest me what would be the salary advice I should go for? I had given interviews for HR but organisations now require min 2yrs HR exp candidates How should I go for that?
