What is it like working as a PHP Developer?

PHP Developer in Mumbai:
"Innovative."
Pros: Free atmosphere to work, and praise to new ideas and good work . Good work culture. Flexibility to work time.
Cons: Sometimes to overwork on the activity.

PHP Developer in Mumbai:
"Software Engineer."
Pros: A software engineer should posses a good technical skill regardless of programming language. We all have resources but optimizing the resources is the challenge. So whether to choose c , java or php. The code quality and modularity of software that matters and that inspires me to continually work as php developer. Today Facebook the worlds most populer social media site also uses php for their application. Which is proof of concept. :)
Cons: I feel there should be revolution in PHP soon in order to deliver it as programming language. It's good to have OOPs in php but still require many more features that are valuable.
