Pros: As a Project Engineer, it is very important that you should understand technical and commercial things. Your learning will never stop in this field. You will always have a great opportunity to get more out of it. Also, it is not boring job just to come in office and do routine job and only theoretical job. You can improve your general communication and personal attitude in this field, which I like the most.
Cons: Sometimes handling contractors & internal team is frustrating, but our work is to handle them. This activity, I dislike.The job satisfaction is not there.

Cons: Nothing is bad in life, its the thoughts of individual to assess itself.

Pros: I am always flexible & able to take any challenge & can visit any site as per urgent basis to run the plant or machine.To execute any project i have to concentrate huge and some time it is very laborious which i enjoyed.I always prefer project for young professional until they are unable to journey to a new tour.
Cons: No fixed time duration have to work harder until the job done...Some times we cant join our relatives or any personal work due to project tour.
