Pros: As a Project Engineer, it is very important that you should understand technical and commercial things. Your learning will never stop in this field. You will always have a great opportunity to get more out of it. Also, it is not boring job just to come in office and do routine job and only theoretical job. You can improve your general communication and personal attitude in this field, which I like the most.
Cons: Sometimes handling contractors is frustrating, but our work is to handle them. This activity, I dislike.
