Cons: No security. There are no paid vacations. Its full of uncertainities.
Software Consultant in Bangalore:
"Not A Good Company For LBS."
Pros: Flexible timings, tax allowances, bus facility.
Cons: If you are into LBS its not good for the employees. No Job Security, in case if you are in bench. Maximum 3 months grace period within the period you have to be selected in any of the client company else you will be asked to leave. No chance to get into internal projects.
