Human Resources (HR) Officer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Officer?

Human Resources (HR) Officer in Kuala Lumpur:
"Integrity is crucial."
Pros: My manager is very lenient and understanding of my personal issues as long it didn't harm my work. The environment is peaceful; the colleagues are somehow cooperative. Learning opportunity is high, training provided.
Cons: The pay is low, and top management is playing favoritism. The workload is not compatible with the pay. It seems the top management didn't value the staffs fairly.
