"A positive experience."
Pros: Opportunities to learn, develop and validate a variety of dissolution, HPLC and GC methods for GMP drug analysis in support of release, validation, development and stability testing. Ability to work closely with a team of diverse skilled and character people. Many opportunities for advancement and a range of business units to suit any desired career path. Pay increases reflect input and ability. Flexible work hours. Managers are always open to suggestions of improvements.
Cons: Poor ability to resolve personality clashes, salaries aren't competitive. Work can be very stressful and comes in bursts, rather than a constant work schedule.
