Civil Engineering Technician Salary

Civil Engineering Technicians assist with drafting, design, and surveying projects. It's possible to work directly on the project site, in the office perfecting designs, or at both locations depending on the day. A lot of the time they will use computer graphics and design software (such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, or Earthworks) to generate plots of ground surfaces, pipe and storm sewer systems, and grading plans.
