What do you wish you knew about your job when you first started out?
Electrical Engineer in Ware:
"Experience is Critical."
It may be difficult but it is worth trying to get into a practice and complete your higher education part time. This will enable you to apply the knowledge gained. Also the job is considerably different to the principles thought at university (in my experience), such as creating technical drawings and specification documents.

Work hard and gain experiance in different functional areas.
