Finance Manager Reviews

What is it like working as a Finance Manager?

Finance Manager in Sevenoaks:
"Good atmosphere & near home."
Pros: Great culture and atmosphere at work. Friendly hard-working colleagues. Near to my home.
Cons: I have a person under me who is very limited and difficult to work with. There is however not much chance of his getting moved on. Not really any possibility of flexible working or working from home.
