Male colleagues favoured
Graphic Artist / Designer - (City withheld for privacy), England: West Midlands, United Kingdom
I work with men and women, some of my colleagues do the same job as me, yet we are all payed differently. The company says this is due to experience and how long people have worked here.

I know this isn't true, myself and a male colleague (I'm female) do the same job and he is paid more. The excuse? He has been here longer (I actually have more experience than he does in previous rolls).

On a higher level, the managment are also treated differently, the men are paid more and have other benefits like healthcare and company cars. NONE of the female managers have any of this.
