Pros: THe envoronment of a supportive team. Varied work as Commercial Property covers many types of property and proprietors. Claims are from low to high value. There are many different policies so an understanding of how they apply is needed. There is alot to learn and customers rely on my knowledge and willingness to help.
Cons: Sometimes we just cannot help. Customers may not have the cover they think they have and I have to explain it to them.
