Pros: I like having a lot to do most of the time but once everything has been done I never get given anything else to do so sometimes it can be boring.
Cons: VERY LOW PAY! Nothing to do most the time.

Cons: Work loads can seem daunting to a new recruit at first but after the settling in period it becomes manageable.

Pros: People, tasks to do are interesting, understanding employer.
Cons: No potential to learn, salary too low, working hours exceed 50 per week.

Cons: Unsatisfactory level of communication between departments. Lack of willingness from other teams to go beyond their responsibilities. Red tape. Not as challenging as I would like - would enjoy a bit more responsibility.
