Security Supervisor Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Security Supervisor?

Security Supervisor in London:
"Staff are slow to report suspicious activity."
Pros: Challenge of solving a problem I haven't been trained for. Being set a task and achieving it, then being able to learn as much as possible to later use to overcome a future problem. Also to pass on that knowledge to others.
Cons: Staff not being willing to report suspicious activity due to a fear of being made fun of. Lack of challenges, as the world of security is moving towards technology so should our training. Most of that is being done on my own time and at my own expense.
