Software Developer Reviews

What is it like working as a Software Developer?

Software Developer in London:
"Great Rewards."
Pros: I feel satisfied about the level of knowledge gained and contributed. Good to work in the cutting edge of information systems and methods. Good satisfaction from contributing into humanity in any small way. Great people around from a diverse background and experiences. Good paced but moderate stress level as in any other office work I reckon. Good management, helpful in general contributes to my overboard efforts in return.
Cons: No promotion prospect. Regardless of gained experience. No health or even basic dental perks.
