Pros: I don't find the role as a warehouse operative hard but quite stressful.
Cons: Every day there is a problem with the rules and new rules are set down to make the picking routine confusing as it changes so much.

Pros: Meeting new strange people...and making some good friends.
Cons: The fact that 20% of people where I work get paid double on direct contracts as aposed to being contracted through agency getting minimum wage for doing the same god damn job...also when some of the direct contracted people come help they work about 2-3x slower than myself even if im not pushing myself going at a easy pace they dont put any effort in production. 80% of managers dont know hard working loyal people even after being there 5 years some 6 years and one 8 years on minimum wage job agency rubbish. If anyones actually read this I hope you spread the word...
