I work for a 24x7 outsource center for Financial Institutions. I have very little work life balance. I have to work most weekends and put in 10+ Hour Days. I have to take vacation time to even get a weekend off. It's hard on me and my family. I am a mom of 2 school age children. I'm losing my mind or maybe I have already lost it. It'd be easier for companies to recruit drivers from other companies if they offered health insurance the day the employee starts working. It's hard to leave a job knowing they have to wait 90+ days for insurance for their families.

Under the pretext of a probationary period, I was discharged because I did not learn the job in 2 weeks working time. I was harassed by the manager and I strongly felt my age was the reason I was let go. I was told I did not meet my requirements although I was on a 90 day probationary period.
