Event Managers rake in the most money, with average earnings of approximately $63K annually; Community Affairs Managers come in second with median earnings amounting to $54K per year.

Certifications and Degrees
Salaries approach $55K per year for Certified ScrumMasters; non-accredited workers make much less. AEG Live workers who hold a B.A. in Bachelor of Arts (BA) are also well compensated, earning approximately $60K on average.
When it comes to skills, Project Management seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of $85K annually. Operations Management also popped up often in the survey as an important skill; a little less than one-fifth of employees surveyed report using it at work. Event Management, People Management, and Customer Service are also desirable skills.
Benefits and Perks
38 percent have paid vacation, and only about 31 percent can take paid time off for illness. A majority of workers save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan. For a large number of respondents, benefits include health insurance, and a fair number of respondents get dental coverage, too. Additional benefits of working here are a casual working environment, life insurance, gym membership, and a subsidized cell phone.
