When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck (around $84K per year) can be spotted in the company's headquarter city of Carmel; Indianapolis ($56K), St. Paul (approximately $53K), and Dallas (around $36K) are the next top-paying cities. Within the company, workers earn the highest salaries (an average of approximately $69K annually) in Indiana.
Employees who have a Bachelor's Degree make the most here, hauling in $55K per year.
Employees who count Microsoft SQL Server among their skills tend to enjoy higher pay; the median for this group is $86K. Project Management also popped up often in the survey as an important skill; one-fourth of employees surveyed report using it at work. Key skills also include SQL, C#, and .NET.
Almost all employees allocate some part of their earnings to the company-sponsored 401(k) savings plan. Health insurance comes as part of the deal for the greater part of workers, and a fair portion of workers report receiving dental coverage as well. Other privileges include life insurance, a casual working environment, and flexible hours.
