A little over a half of workers do get paid time off for vacation, but only half of respondents get paid sick time. For nearly all workers, benefits include health insurance, and the vast majority of survey participants get dental coverage, too. Employees can also look forward to a casual working environment, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and 401(a).
