Emergency Room Registered Nurses are the best paid with the average salary hovering at approximately $29.82 per hour; Registered Nurses, Operating Room Registered Nurses, and Staff Nurses also rank near the top of the list, pulling in $28.83, around $28.69, and $28.00, respectively.
